Email hello@bloomstech.online for LOOKUP support. Include your app version, iPhone model and a description of what happened. Sending your journal text, birthday or photos is optional; support does not need them for most requests.
Where is my opening message?
The first daily opening stays available until it appears. Once read and dissolved, it cannot be replayed. On later openings, use the bottom navigation. Optional afternoon and evening encounters appear once within your enabled local window: afternoon settings are limited to 11 AM–3 PM and evening settings to 6 PM–9 PM. Your chosen window can be shorter. If the first daily opening is still unread when an optional window begins, the daily opening takes precedence.
Save a photo or gratitude entry
Taking a photo makes a reviewable draft. Use Retake or Submit photo, with an optional smile note and location. One photo can be accepted per local day; deleting it does not restore that day’s allowance. On Publish, save your gratitude to turn it into a private reading entry. Use history, date filters and search to revisit entries and photos.
Good news and connection
News loads from LOOKUP’s cloud service. The edition, publisher publication date and last successful check help distinguish a new edition from a cached one. When offline or when no validated new edition is available, the last available edition may remain visible. Opening a publisher article requires a connection.
Manage a subscription
Use Settings → Manage Subscription in LOOKUP, or Apple’s subscription settings. Restore Purchases checks active access on the Apple Account in use. Trials begin only after Apple confirmation when eligible, and app installation by itself does not begin one. Apple handles billing, cancellation and refund requests.
Privacy and deletion
Personal records stay in LOOKUP’s local protected storage and may be included in your device backup. Use Settings to export or delete them. Copies you exported and prior backups are handled separately. Deleting local records does not cancel an Apple subscription.
