Using LOOKUP
These terms apply to LOOKUP, provided by Blooms AI technologies LLC. The app offers everyday encouragement and private reflection. Your first daily greeting has a reading period followed by a dust effect, and is not replayed after it ends. Optional afternoon and evening encounters depend on enabled settings, local time windows and subscription access. Personal details, camera use, reminders and journaling are optional.
Apple’s license terms
The iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These service terms explain LOOKUP’s features and subscriptions and do not replace rights or obligations under Apple’s agreement. If these terms conflict with a mandatory Apple license term or applicable consumer law, that term or law controls.
Subscriptions and introductory offers
LOOKUP offers auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. The intended U.S. prices are $4.99 per month and $29.99 per year; Apple’s purchase sheet shows the actual localized price, duration and applicable offer before confirmation. Any introductory offer is available only when Apple confirms eligibility and it is configured for the selected product. A one-week free trial, where offered, starts when you confirm the subscription with Apple, not when you install the app. Each eligible subscriber can receive only one introductory offer in the subscription group. After the trial, the selected subscription renews at its disclosed price unless canceled.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Apple bills your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Apple determines refund eligibility; refund requests can be made through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Deleting LOOKUP or deleting local personal records does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases checks active purchases associated with the Apple Account in use. We do not guarantee introductory eligibility or reset an offer you have already used.
Your entries and photos
You retain rights to your own journal entries, photos and notes. Publish saves a private gratitude entry on your device; it is not a public post. Taking a photo creates a draft you may retake; only Submit photo accepts it. One photo can be accepted per local day, even if you subsequently delete it. You are responsible for your chosen exports and backups. Because we do not host your personal content, we cannot restore it from a LOOKUP account.
Public content and availability
LOOKUP’s messages, design and software are protected by their respective owners’ intellectual-property rights. The app provides one shared good-news edition for the day when a validated edition is available. Cloud research, publishers or networks can be unavailable; the app may show the latest cached edition and its date. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a particular news story is complete or error-free. Publisher articles remain subject to their owners’ terms.
Everyday encouragement
LOOKUP is for everyday encouragement, humor and reflection. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy or an emergency service, and does not guarantee a particular mood or health outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
